DONATION REQUEST POLICY

The Hangar Restaurant & Cinema is asked to support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. While we make every effort to support as many request as possible, due to the number of requests we receive, we simply are unable to support all of them. Therefore, in an effort maximize our ability to give back to the community, we have instituted guidelines for our donations. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, please adhere to the following:

  • Donation requests should be submitted by filling out the Hangar Donation Request form.
  • Your organization must be located within the state of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa.
  • Your organization must not have received a donation from the Hangar Restaurant & Cinema during the current calendar year. No organization is eligible to receive more than one donation per year.
  • Donation requests are considered on the 15th day of each month. Organizations that are given donation items will be notified by the 30th day of each month.

It is recommended that your event not be centered on the anticipation of receiving a donation item. Rather, a Hangar donation item should be a complimentary element to your event.

Due to the volume of requests received, we ask that all requests adhere to the above guidelines. Please keep in mind that submitting the Hangar Donation Request form does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.

Submitting organizations will be notified by the Hangar (via e-mail or telephone) if a donation request is approved and completed. Donations can be collected from the Hangar’s Box Office Terminal during normal operating hours. Donations will not be mailed and FEDEX or UPS mailers will not be accepted.
